With over 25 years in the transportation industry, Lisa's background encompasses management and work experience in planning, engineering, and community development activities.
Lisa's expertise spans across a diverse range of areas within transportation planning, including alternatives analysis for multimodal transit corridors and comprehensive site planning and first/last mile access analysis. Additionally, Lisa has established herself as an expert in parking and transit having led technical studies for environmental documents and feasibility studies. With an understanding of the complexities related to transportation, Lisa has also led several programs and plans that address the distinctive needs of communities. As the founder of TransLink, she has successfully operated the firm as a SBE/DBE/HUB women-owned business with over 45 projects and counting.

Yolanda DeLong, Principal
Yolanda has over 23 years of experience as a project manager and transportation planner performing transit, highway, and land development projects throughout California and North Carolina. Her expertise includes corridor studies, multimodal studies, environmental studies, travel demand modeling, model validation studies, and transportation impact studies for local cities and regional agencies.
Rebecca Wicks, Principal Writer/Researcher
With over 24 years of expertise in liaising with statisticians, research analysts, and executives, Rebecca has supported TransLink on multiple projects. Familiar with transportation research and methodologies, she has been a professional writer with knowledge in various industries, including business, construction, and technology. Rebecca serves as an independent QA/QC reviewer for TransLink projects, overseeing major deliverables' consistency, accuracy, and clarity.
Led the transportation industry’s first Gender Action Plan to consider the unique needs of women and families on transit.
